Client A

Client A is an associate working for three mixed practices. Leftley Rowe advises in relation to specific individual cases in conjunction with the industry changes. In respect to Client A, consultations included recent development of NHS dentistry and the new contract in England and Wales, practising through a limited company (statutory restriction now removed) and pensions advice.

Client B

Client B is a dental partnership with two dental practices with the intention of securing a third practice. They engaged Leftley Rowe to provide a detailed business plan and correspond with specialist bankers to secure the funding.  It is through Leftley Rowe's knowledge of the dental profession and close working relationship with our client that ensured the opening of the third practice was successfully launched.
