Client A
Client A provides design services for Company literature. We attend a monthly meeting where we look at the figures and discuss the 3 key ingredients of a successful business. We put together a Plan of Action, assign responsibility for the points of action and agree an implementation date which is reviewed on a monthly basis. Prior to Leftley Rowe getting involved the company faced liquidity problems and high risk as they were dependent on only a few customers. A year on form being involved the businesses cash position has greatly improved and the number of clients has risen dramatically.
Client B
Client B was not reviving up to date management accounts from their previous accounts. We were appointed and instigated the production of management accounts on a timely basis and discussed them with the client. As the figures were now being produced monthly the client had better control of their business and was able to make more informed decisions, the result of which has seen an a rapid increase in turnover.
