Client A

Client A supplies fireplaces to various retail shops who then sell them to retail customers.

Every month we receive all their sales invoices, expenditure, bank statements and other correspondence.

We take care of all their accounting needs by processing the information on SAGE, produce monthly management accounts on excel, produce the VAT return and perform the payroll.

We then discuss the figures with the client, for example, looking at turnover and profitability and then look at the 3 key ingredients for any successful business to help them develop their business and put together a strategic action plan.

Client B

Client B supplies air conditioning units to UK customers that are produced by their factory in Europe.

We process all their information on line using SAGE and email the client with Excel spreadsheets that show up to date monthly sales figures and Profit and Loss figures over the last 6 years. These figures are essential for the client to continue to monitor their success and plan for the future.

Client C

Client C provides and fits monitoring equipment for security purposes.

We visit the client's premises on a monthly basis and take care of all their accounting needs by keeping their SAGE system up to date. We also produce monthly Profit and Loss figures split over the products and services the Company supplies which are essential when reviewing sales targets.
